So you like talking with people with different views, yet call them lazy and stupid? Bravo.
if your one of the people kicking back and not wanting to work and rather have the government take care of you...Well... FUCK YEAH!

I have learned a few things from people on these forums about things I didn't know. Different points of view are nice regardless if I agree with them or not. I think some people take me to serious.

He was pointing out you blatant hypocrisy. Here you are pretending you care about legitimate discussion why the whole time slinging mud at the whole "left." In short, don't expect to get substantive discussions and talking about different views when you come into a thread acting belligerent and slinging mud yourself.

There are very few politicians that are RIGHT or LEFT. Most have tendencies either way. Like how Humans are Sexual.

Definitely not liberal, it is just that today's politicians talking mainly on the right) have gone so far right, that any one who would fall into a moderate republican label, is now considered a liberal socialist elitist .

Hmmm, apparently Obama isn't the only one who doesn't think Reagan would've won the primary today. Jon Huntsman, Republican former candidate, when asked if Reagan could be nominated today, answer "Likely, no."
Why Jon Huntsman is leaving the GOP (not because they

Although, Reagan was the ultimate corporate whore, so he probably would've been convinced to say anything to try and win the nomination.

Yep, pretty much this. He was the beginning of the right-wing march of the Republican party, so after 30 years marching to the right, it stands to reason that Reagan would be called a "liberal" today, even though he was pretty far on the right.

Interesting indeed regarding Huntsman's position and pending/alluded to exodus. Good for him. I couldn't agree more.

And, by the way, the left isn't excused either, they've been trying to get more liberal for a bit as well. The problem is, well for one, the sitting President is more moderate (at least i policy he's passed), they still haven't quite grouped together and became a solid base (they sort of have one, but they still have a lot of fractures), and too damn busy trying to make deals.

The right (err..republicans) have fractured a bit as well, though mostly going even farther right. Maybe it is just that I started following politics late(r), but it seems to m the Republicans tend to be "neatly packaged" staying pretty consistent between politicians, and staying on the party line. While Democrats seem to be more fractured, and break from the line more. I do believe the Democratic party would love to be more solid liberal if they could manage it (which would be terrible for anyone who wants less of the current crap in congress, its bad enough the republicans have moved so damn far already).
