Twenty bucks says this is what happened. They shot at him, he defended him self and shot back. Its a catch 22, let them kill you but you don't go to prison or resist and go to prison. We have no law that defines when it is ok to defend your self from the police, even when you are being threatened with lethal force.

Not that I'm taking sides, but let's just wait for the police vid. A lot of people who have posted have made big deals recently about innocent until proven guilty. Let's remember that.
