First he took his lawyers advice which was dumb. 2nd the nerve of this Bitch to say I want to help clear your name but I can't go into court and say I lied because I want to keep the cash. WTF is wrong with people. If you want to do the right thing then do it.

A good example of the bias against men in court. If a woman accuses a man of something he's pretty much railroaded to prison as fast as possible. Even without evidence if you're a man accused of a sex crime you're pretty much boned.

I think I have told this story before, but it bears repeating. One of my best friends is going through a divorce. His soon to be ex wife came to the house, and started hitting and kicking him. He got it on video, showed it to the cops, and they arrested her. The judge let her go, and dropped all charges because she didn't do any "real" damage to him. If the roles were reversed, and he hit her, he would be screwed regardless of how much damage it did to her. Shitty double standards.

I know. I learned my lesson. My exGF after 6 years broke up with me. She kept calling me though, I miss you, I love you and I'm not sure what I want to do. I asked if there was someone else, she said no. Well a few weeks later she invited me over, I had to work. So I'm at work and thinking maybe I should and was going to surprise her. I get there and a guy from her college choir is there. So I ask her sister what's going on she spills the beans. So I leave and I text the ex. why do you lie to me? Thought their wasn't anyone else? Please don't ever call me again as far as I'm concerned me and you fat ass is finished. (she did gain 70 lbs in those 6 years) I went on to work and 2 days later I had a police man bring me a protection order. After the order she continues to call me and next thing I know this guy she's with is calling me emailing me with how I'm going to beat your ass blah blah. I even run into them at a redlight and ignore them till they tried to run me off the road. The guy called me I'm going to beat your ass. I replied take the fat bitch home and come back to the gas station. Of course that didn't happen.

A protection order is only temp for 3 months, then you have to go to court and the judge decides to continue it or not. I explained to him all the BS and she admitted most of it and I had proff. Yet the judge asks me what do I want to. I said I want her to leave me alone and move on. So he asks you have no problem with continuing this order for 1 year and I said no. The problem with that is I went to buy a gun and I couldn't judge fucked me over. So here we are 5 or 6 years later I'm married with a kid and the ex is married. She contacts me and says the same shit the girl above said "let bygones be bygones" and that she isn't proud that she lied and caused me the trouble she did.

A million things came to my mind of what I wanted to say to her. I left it at, sure we all do things we are not proud of and at the end of the day your still fat and crazier than ever, so thank you for helping me find my true love.

all they have to do is say he did so and so and the guy goes to jail. Arrest first and ask questions later.

so what's wrong with people is LAW ENFORCEMENT right? I mean if were asking about all people here, do we all feel like we need a gang of people with rights to arrest, assault, kidnap, fine, pull over other people for whatever they seem to be doing? why does the world need such institutions? It's a gimic, like how homelesss people get arrested because they have a better life (possibly, not unlikely) in jail. We should just send anyone who disobeys a moral code, or a law book, to the moon instead of jail, and well get the families to watch them die on the moon and float away hahahahah. and then that way nobody will disobey the laws right> hahhahahah/so sad that people dont think about other people..

I don't see any problems with the way our western world is set up.. no problems.. oh except for our governments, oh wait, maybe I do see problems. LOL
