DEA agent won’t admit heroin more harmful than marijuana
When I see this, it makes me question the competence of our public officials. It doesn't matter where you stand on the legality of MJ, everyone in the room and everyone watching this video knows the answer to the question, it is less harmful the heroin, yet the DEA Administrator won't budge.

In reference to the 2nd video, at 2:50, for the next 2 questions she responds with something that is completely irrelvant to the questions, it's like talking to a wall. Everyone in the room, including the DEA Administrator knows the truth, but she simply will not say it.

Yes because merely stating the fact that marijuana is harmless and not addictive makes you sound like an advocate.
A person in her position couldn't possibly state that in a public and televised setting, otherwise the public would have the right to argue the DEA administration / Drug Czars citing the administrator.
Though a wise political power play, it does show political corruption and stubbornness plain as day.Words are only limited to the effable, while the indescribable is merely found within ourselves.

I agree, however she wasn't asked if "marijuana is harmless and not addictive", she was simply asked if heroin, cocaine, meth was more harmful then mj. She could have still said that mj is still very harmful and addictive but not as much the harder drugs, yet she would not even admit that. There is a lot of money involved in the illegality of marijuana and yes political corruption is plain as day.

Nonetheless I'm fairly proud of Mr. Cohen for providing a sound argument for his position. He knew he had little time and made the absolute best of it, making sure his points were made. Sometimes he used implications, but that's fine because anyone following the subject knows exactly what he was trying to say.

I agree, still it is extremely discouraging and frankly pathetic that it has come to this.
Also just an fyi for those that don't know, she is the chief administrator of the DEA.
