Im not disagreeing with you to just disagree. Anyone can tell you calling the 800 number for damn near any company is a waste of time at least 75% of the time. For example just how many times did you call ea with your issue before? and has that issue been resolved?
I had tmobile before as a business account and their customer service sucks more donkey balls then xav.

About ten times...and yes, it has.
Also...one of our DSL filters went bad...and had to be replaced. The lady told me it would be $8.99
I told her that we had a plan that covered ALL wiring costs inside the house. She still insisted that it was not covered. I said fine.
I got the phone bill, and sure enough, there was the $8.99 on the bill.
I called them and the guy said that he had no idea why she had told me that...and took it off the bill.
