If you send them porn, put it on DVD. Their comps don't have blu ray and their USB is disabled.

Can't plug anything into a DoD computer, install any software, etc. obviously they can with personal equipment, but those are usually unable to go on line because they aren't DoD computers, so they can't use the network. It gets frustrating.
