    Most monitors you'd find in a cafe would likely not be even close to that. But it could have been an iMac (or the PC/Windows equivalent) where the computer and monitor were an all-in-one thing. The base model iMac (which has a very nice monitor) is $1200, and has been for some time.

    Good point. I didnt think about them being an all in one but i think i saw wires running the tables. Not going to recheck though.

    im looking at an apple right now. 1 from the front and 1 from the back. i see at least 5 cables on the 1 facing away from me but that includes a backup drive.

    youīve heard of the cloud right? Hmm what else...flash drives, cdīs? I donīt use an external HD for anything...I keep my stuff in the cloud...movies, music, documents...and the like.

    So no, I donīt have any other cable other than my power cable on my computer. Youīve also heard of WiFi right? YES!! wireless internet! OMG!
