LOL - no. It's in our environment. But that's not what we're covering with any of that. Large Scale physical disasters that disrupt one or more datacenter locations and the servers/apps hosted there necessary for facets of patient care.

Miranda has nothing to do with it as far as I can tell.
Frazier deals with deceptive interrogation techniques and I was not familiar with that. So thank you for the link. Though reading through it and some other later cases, it seems this was a "tricky" place for the court to be at due to the public benefit of gaining valid confessions versus the risk of coerced untrue confessions. I'm personally glad that I didn't have to help decide that as it is fraught with edge cases on both side of the issue.
However, what was clear was the prohibition of police deception to coerce false or untrue confessions. I think, at the end of the day that ultimately its in the best interest of society as a whole to allow the practice, provided STRONG AND RIGOROUS oversight of those instances considering the risks.

Miranda refers to when a Police Officer HAS to tell you the truth. (when the cuffs go clink)
Frazier allows Police Deception to occur anywhere to gain a confession. The "Interrogation Room" is not the only place were confessions happen. Your Car when they pull you over, Confession to speeding, blam ticket you can't fight. On the street, in front of KFC, in your front lawn.
