Re: cyber technology hate crime
online gambling is illegal in the US of A brah.
I also find it interesting how you are fine with someone trying to rip something off of someone elses body, even if they didnt know it was attached to his skull. They knew they were wrong or why would they try to hide their name tags. The read the medical documents and ripped them up. If you were just gonna kick him out of your stuff what is gained by ripping his med docs?
And you would kick somebody out of your business for looking retarded? I want to punch every goddam hipster i see with their stupid skin tight pants but I restrain myself and wouldnt deny them service just for looking different.SpecOpsScott liked this post

Cojiro is right on the gambling part. However your going to be disappointed if he files suit. People dont go after the franchise store which is all the french mcd's is. They go after the corp. Which is based here and he will have 0 issues filing that suit from where he lives.
Let me give you a case in point so you can understand. When toyota had all the issues those suits were filed here against a japanese corp. You dont have to go to japan to file the suit any more then he has to go to france to file his.

It's an experimental medical device, You just can't fuck with it, no matter how retarded he looks. It is a recording device. It records images to a drive when the device is jostled, as per the Pics in the story.
It's quite obvious no one but Cojiro Read and comprehended the actual article.
Second since when is it kosher to rag on people for disabilities? What are we 10? Is this 6th grade all over again? Grow the fuck up.

Just like I thought, they thought they were being recorded.
And Scion, no one is ragging on the disabled, just attention seeking idiots like this guy. If you want to equate him to someone in a wheelchair that's your prerogative.
And it seems to me that an attempt was made to remove the device and not 'RIP IT FROM HIS SKULL!'. The hyperbole isn't necessary. I'm still waiting for this guy to explain what injuries he suffered.

Re: cyber technology hate crime
To some degree I get what Trigg is saying: This guy is an attention whore and the McD's employees were probably justifiably nervous. However, I would consider forcible removing of someone's property to be the improper way to handle the situation. If they were suspicious or nervous the McD's employees needed only to escort the guy off the premises.
Just one more situation that could have been nothing if anyone involved wasn't a dumb fuck.

He also claims that his iPhone and the control board for the EyeTap were damaged after he was thrown out and his bladder released involuntarily, soaking the contents of his pockets...
ROFL!
BTW, is this guy even disabled medically speaking?

What everyone here must understand is that France, like most European countries, is not litigious. Simply getting pushed out of a business without being physically harmed will get you NOTHING. No money, no sympathy, no legal recourse...nothing.
Your only option is to not come back to that business or if you do, don't do retarded shit the next time you're there.
