You know what? When there are no illiterate people, hungry people, homeless people, uneducated people, unhealthy people in the U.S. of A. then and only then will/should the taxpayers pay the bill for chopping his dick and balls off.

I´m not saying he doesn´t have the right (Although, in my opinion, he really doesn´t), I´m saying there are other more important things the Government should prioritize when it comes to investing the money of the people. Just sayin´.
