Romney Tax returns
Romney made good on his pledge to release his tax returns from 2011 before the election. He said he would so TROLL ON.
Romney paid 14.1 percent effective tax rate in 2011 - First Read
Mitt Romney paid an effective tax rate of about 14 percent last year, his campaign said Friday while also announcing that the Republican presidential nominee had paid an average annual effective tax rate of about 20.2 percent between 1990 and 2009. Romney paid more than $1.9 million in taxes on income of about $13.7 million.
Mitt and Ann Romney also donated about $4 million -- about 30 percent of their income -- to charity in 2011, though they only claimed a deduction of about $2.25 million from those donations.
Obama Tax return from 2011: Obama 2011 tax returns - Lynn Sweet
The Obamas paid $453,770 in total federal tax
The President and First Lady also reported donating $245,075 - or about 14.2% of their adjusted gross income - to 36 different charities.
So it seems to me if you want to tax the rich more they will give less to charities. Which is already taking a hit. Charity's donations down because of carbon tax | Lakes Mail thanks OBAMA
I seen something where Obama said he wanted to cut the debt....WAIT!!!! Don't you have to have a budget to do thatSon calls Dad a fag.

Re: Romney Tax returns
Wow, he released one more year. That makes it two years of returns now. He made far more than the Obama's, the Biden's, and the Ryan's, and STILL paid fewer taxes.
I don't trust his campaign and won't take his word for it. I want to see the actual returns.
Expert: Romney may have paid less in taxes over 20 years than it appears - The Plum Line - The Washington Post
And by "charity" you mean the Mormon Church. Oh, and look for him to file an amended return to get back that $1.75 million he didn't claim after he loses. Cooking the numbers to make it look like he paid more in taxes, lol.
Wow, Obama is so powerful he even makes AUSTRALIANS give less to charity! Lol, thanks OBAMA.

Re: Romney Tax returns
I haven't checked but I'm willing to wager a good amount of money that a good portion of the charity contributions went to his own charities that he created. Doesn't take an intelligent person to figure out why so many wealthy people have their own charities....

I'm surprised you missed the fact the article seems to primarily implying donations from average (or above average) Joe are down as he has to cut out some things to be able to pay the new tax (then you get into the argument about the tax, is the paper bias, etc. etc. etc.). Hardly seems to be saying the rich are the ones no-longer donating.
