Oh thanks for the heads up. I was unaware that asshole Jack Welch was now a part of the Republican leadership. Call it what it is, just some asshole (he really is an asshole) with money and power rattling cages and a few politicians thinking they're scoring points with their base by agreeing with him.

I'll be honest, when you make statements like this it kind of gets under my skin. You don't realize you sound as bad as those you bitch about by painting with such a broad brush. You and i both know our partys each have their fair share of whack jobs. I mean that in a positive way, it probably wouldn't bother me if i didn't like you Fov.

This would be a lot of X = LOL if we were talking about the 'drama' of some athlete's injury status (Yeah, SURE he's "day to day", do they think we're fools?) or whether that dress really is 'just some old rag I threw on' (whatever you say, baby. it looks great).

I can't tell - do y'all think that a lot of people really believe the BLS fakes numbers? Or is this just a case of some media outlets hyping a story in the hopes that lots of people believe it?

Sorry if you took it that way, I didn't intend to paint with a broad brush, but my statement was more directed toward the people who deny the jobs report, or who think Obama wasn't born in the US, or people who are convinced he is a secret Muslim, or people who insist he is trying to intentionally wreck the United States or turn it over to the UN or whatever, etc. Those are the people I have a real problem with, not your average conservative, like you.

Just so you know, I hate ALL conspiracy theories whether they come from the right or the left.

The media trolls too. They are in it for entertainment; to sell subscriptions, clicks, and ads. I'm sure this report exists, and some idiot is rattling cages to get everyone to sit up and take notice. But the media goads it. They put it on the front page (when its really back page material) and watch as the frenzy begins with wry smile.

I hear lots of talk about Facts ......... Statistics can be made to work for you or against you in Any arguement. Having said that just look at a basic fact and all it'll take is to just open your real estate eyes in your neighborhood. Is there More businesses opening up in the Empty store fronts or not ?? Here in the Orlando market there is more retail/wholesale space than I have EVER seen in the 26 years that I have lived here.
Also just look at the accounting practices of the Federal Govt. They say we are $16 Trillion in debt...... Really ? Look at the UNFUNDED Liabilities and you'll see we are more like $120 Trillion in debt. If I ran my books for my business using the govt model of acounting the IRS would be up my ass with a Microscope. Do boith sides do it YES ! Are both sides Twisting/Exaggeratting the truth .... YES ! Are they ALL full of Crap YES ! Its simply because they only care about Themselves and not doing what is Best for our country !
