Re: Stage 2 debate.
I'm about halfway through the debate at the moment, and I wouldn't say either is actually winning. Biden's being rather disrespectful, constantly interrupting Ryan, but that seems to be an intolerance of bullshit rather than anything else. Problem is that just like in the Presidential debate, bullshit is coming from both sides. The fact checker sites I've been running in the background make it seem like Ryan is a bit ahead in the bullshit department (telling more bullshit), but Biden's spewing out his fair share as well.
If it continues like it has so far though, I doubt I'll end up watching the whole thing lol.

Re: Stage 2 debate.
From what I saw, it was a clear Biden win. The first one was a clear loss for Obama, this one was a clear win. Simple as that. I liked the aggressiveness by Biden calling out the bullshit whereas Obama was much too timid and gave canned responses. If I think about it, this was the exact opposite of the first debate.
And the moderator did a much better job. I liked how she kept after Ryan when he absolutely refused to directly answer the questions, instead spinning to rehearsed and canned answers.
Overall, I think this pretty much keeps the race where it has been for the past year.

One more fact: FACT CHECK: Slips on Libya, Syria, auto bailout - Yahoo! News
BIDEN, when asked who would pay more taxes in Obama's second term: "People making a million dollars or more."
THE FACTS: Obama's proposed tax increase reaches farther down the income ladder than millionaires. He wants to roll back Bush-era tax cuts for individuals making over $200,000 and couples making more than $250,000.Son calls Dad a fag.
