Re: Discuss Vote Fraud Stories Here...
See but thats my point. It happens every where. Sure some of it is clerical error but some of those dead people have voted after they no longer had the capability to do so. Its happened in the past and will most likely happen today but its just one type of fraud. Whats the total illegal votes cast every election? No one knows and that is an issue. Is it as big a problem as murder rates? No but its a problem none the less and deserves to be fixed.

Which is exactly why we have clerks, Duh. And wwhen they fail to to their jobs effectively then there's a problem. Come back to me when these Occurances have been sorted and out and there is a clear cut problem with SOLID evidence. Until then, it's just speculation, and I'd rather devote time to other problems with moar evidence.
Call your Rep and ask them to put up a bill to look in to it. I'm sure they'll jump at the opportunity to waste more time on crap that's not needed.

Ok, I've got a question, lets say someone voted absentie or whatever it is called, then died in like a Plane Crash or something?
Legally would that vote count? Because while the person is dead at the election day, they did cast a vote.
