Thread: Pay Raises.

Some agencies, well okay at least the TSA ones, seem a bit shit though. I understand they apply to ability to do the job, which is why they were a bit crap in my opinion. I still have no idea how some of the people working for the TSA got past that stuff, I've seen people well into their 60s working TSA and I have a hard time imagining they passed the medical. Not to mention all the crap you have to go through to prove you are "competent," yet it seems most of their employees are incompetent at 95% of it. /rant.

But in good news since I got a promotion from step 2 to step 3, I got my raise anyway. Promotions still get raises even during a pay freeze it seems.
