built, past tense. Mine was a railgun way bigger (though mine was only 1/6 scale), and much, much more powerful (pierced steel plates like butter). Was classified oh what was it... it was like a destructive device type ___.... damn ima have to find the paperwork. I had to file it as being imported for research purposes only and then dismantle it when done. Killed me to dismantle .. sigh

not to mention the big ordeal i had to go through to find a special range to fire it and all the departments that had to be present while we test fired.
