Legality of drone strikes

So a document has been leaked that contained legal basis for using drone strikes against American citizens overseas (I think it is just overseas). It goes into a little bit, but this line is the one that stuck out most for me:

The paper adopts a broad definition of "imminent threat", saying it is not necessary to produce evidence that a specific attack is being planned if the target is generally engaged in plotting against the US.

Glad to see we base things off of solid facts.

Was listening about this today. I do not like where this can lead at all. I am so shocked that so many are still supporting this administration. Bush would have been drug out by his nuts and burned in the street.
