The difference is the how, why, and who. Does that make one any less desirable then the other? No but it changes the entire game. Now why are you dancing around what you already know?

Because at the end of the day, we're paying 4 million dollars to someone who is alive while we're giving nothing to the wounded soldiers, the injured civilians, the broken families. We are here discussing for 8 pages, a 4 million dollar payout for someone who had a really shitty week. But hey, at least she's alive and rich now. My friend in India who was shot by US soldiers, lost half of his lung, is smiling with empty pockets as he reads about this.

No at the end of the day the wounded soldiers have free healthcare for any job related injury. Well once they proves its job related. Which is something im very familiar with. This person however has to be sure there is enough money to cover any future healthcare expenses and so forth. I dont know if you know how expensive healthcare is or not but i just recently spent with my insurance of course over 15 grand to have tests done. Thats just one run thru the system and no treatments just tests.

In their case all of which should by every right never had needed to be done. That also has to be worth something. So the 4 million pays for the lawyer they should have never needed, the medical costs current and future that they should have never needed because insurances expect to get paid back once you get your settlement, a replacement vehicle, and a duh learning curve for the pd popping off shots at something that doesn't even resemble what your looking for.

As for your friend in india i cant speak to because i dont know shit about his situation.

Its probably also worth mentioning if anyone not carrying a badge had done this very same act they would be sitting in prison for a very long time. So they should count their lucky starts they had that badge and i hope they took those away before they signed the check for them being fucking retarded.
