19 in some parts, depends on who you know running the liquor store.

After living up in Fargo and attending school up at NDSU this really does not surprise me, the bill was actually just signed by the governor this morning. Aside from Fargo and Bismark, the rest of the state is very conservative. Most of the people that live in the state are in rural areas and from very conservative and strongly religious households. I do know that this bill is going to go in front of the supreme court of ND, and quite possibly the US Supreme court at some point, pending the result of the state supreme court first.

Personally I dont like this bill at all. I think it further goes to infringe on our liberties as Americans and is another chance for the government to further control its people.
