Some successful people don't work hard or earn what they have....some do. Just like some unsuccessful people earn what they get (by pissing everything away) and some don't.

I don't think anyone can deny that some people start with more, some start with less. That doesn't mean those who start with more don't have to work hard (there are plenty of trust fund babies who go broke), but it does mean they have a better starting position.
