I think maybe you are underestimating just how far reaching the corruption is in our government. These people are going to the press because they don't feel safe doing it the "right way".

But it's also certainly....interesting....that an anonymous (unknown) "source" who happens to be an ex diplomat(s) (allegedly) is claiming that other whistleblowers (but who aren't covered by the WhistleBlower law) will be coming forward with new shocking (or ho hum) allegations but haven't yet as they're not protected by the Whistleblower law ??. And all this info....dropping first, exclusive-like, on a small and low traffic (and I'm being generous) site dedicated to...what?.....opinion and commentary....

This would be about as effective a source for breaking/shocking revelations as this reputable source...

Having read a bit about the hodge-podge of Whistleblower protections across more than half a dozen different levels and agencies there are an awful lot of people/situations covered by those and there are very clearly defined "right ways" to go about it as Gumby mentioned.

But I digress.

I disagree with their motives . I actually work in the environment and there is no perceived threats to tow the party line or else.
