Wells Fargo Forecloses On Homeowner For Making Early Mortgage Payments | FDL News Desk
Wells Fargo, bank representative Veronica Clemons sent a statement:
“For some loans, completing trial payments is a significant step toward a permanent modification; however, in this instance, the loan was part of a mortgage-backed security and in a protected pool, with specific payment guidelines. We are working with Mr. Syldor to explain the guidelines and explore options that may help.”
The bank told Eyewitness News Syldor didn’t follow the modification guidelines because he paid early and sometimes his payments were sent one on top of the other

Yea...
Bank of America screwed me over. Not only was I 2 payments ahead, but I had paid about $10k of "additional principle" over the past few years. Well fucking BOA never applied that money to my balance and kept it in escrow, so they sat there making interest off of my money, while I was getting charged interest as the additional principle was never applied to my balance.
Needless to say, I had an attorney deal with it, they were reported to the BBB, and a settlement was reached where they applied my payments appropriately, refunded my additional interest payments (I just applied it to the principle again), and they paid for my legal fees.
Fuckers... Luckily it actually never reached court, other than the initial papers being filed. BOA didn't care at first, but then my attorney threatened to go to the Media. I guess the interest they needed to refund me plus legal fees wasn't worth the bad press.

Back when my company was Medco, I used to travel down to Port. St. Luce a few times/year for work after we had acquired Liberty Medical. I always stayed at the Marriott on Hutchinson Island resort, which was absolutely beautiful.
Unfortunately, most of Port St. Lucie was either trash or retirees. There was a pretty clear divide between the nice part of town and the trashy part of town.

Naked Florida thieves take 60 hamburgers from restaurant, cops say | Fox News
Doc's general manager Lou Bangert told the News-Press of Fort Myers (Bonita Beach naked hamburglars on the loose ) that he's never witnessed such a crime in the restaurant's 27-year history. Thieves have broken in and taken money from the cash register, but he says no one has ever slammed through a door completely naked looking for beef
