At one bar, a mixture that included rubbing alcohol and caramel coloring was sold as scotch. In another, premium liquor bottles were refilled with water — and apparently not even clean water at that.


now im no refiend drinker but i'm sure even i could tell the difference between scotch and brown rubbing alcohol

but a person 3 sheets to the wind might not taste it.

but if its already in the bottles wouldnt it be passed on to anyone and not just people already drunk?
