Since you are going to be in paradise this weekend (surely you mean the Northern suburbs of Minneapolis), I'll swing by and drop off the cash. I'll bring a few cold ones, and we can down some sprouts.....or throw them at the leftover gingers. Likely, both.

I love Brussels Sprouts.

Fast way:

Microwavable steam bag by birds eye or whoever. Follow direction on the bag. Dump steamed sprouts into a bowl with a 1/4 to 1/2 stick of butter. Add garlic powder and grind salt / pepper to taste. Toss until covered and serve.
