Ok this one is abuse as well (can go either way though) but it is funny. At least the first minute is funny.

Cops were wrong here but this guy was the epitome of an asshat.

It seems way too often the Cops would rather not do the Little things, but would rather pop off a round in to something or someone. The simple fact that this could have been avoided with traffic/Crowd control is the biggest shame.
