I always enjoy maps depicting data in novel ways. For the record this is a big part of what I do for a living. And for the most part it is all driven by the tax laws of the various jurisdictions, however, some are required due to structural issues within the country.

Currently, I have an organizational chart on my wall for a client - it's 6 feet wide and 4 feet tall. In total the company in question has somewhere in the neighborhood of 450 subsidiaries around the country and globe.

It's a complex world we live in.
