I just need to know how to get past the wanting to kill a mofo when trying to quit smoking.

Tried twice, I'm a cranky bitch.

I don't Drink Hard liquor. Except on Very Rare Occasions with Family, I drink Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey (only the best).

I drink Craft Beer, Try a 120 minute Dogfish Head IIPA, That is a beer whiskey. Sheesh.

That's the withdrawals starting. I prescribe killing some mofos in CSS or ArmA 3.

Sunflower seeds. Least that's what my dad used...then again he had some pretty major motivation...was informed by the doc that in conjunction with Buerger's disease he'd lose his legs within two years if he didn't stop smoking. That was his 5th attempt to stop smoking...that was 4 years ago...he still eats a bag of sunflower seeds every 2 days but he's shown drastic improvements since he quit smoking.
