Pretty simple cure though. Eat right and get your ass off the couch.
In one month of finally doing something about my problem with bier, brots, and brochen, I'm lighter, thinner, and stronger. So it's not really a disease so much as a mindset. I broke the cigarette habit. I will break my gluttony and sloth too.

Once again, i agree with Trigger. The madness must stop. Im a fat guy, but i don't want to be accepted, i want to be healthy... thats why i exercise, and eat right. The doc says i need to lose 30 pounds, and i agree. I would rather be an overweight guy busting my ass to be thinner than a fat fuck who is accepted for it.

Re: Realy prime example of why AMerica is failing
I used to smoke as well. I smoked since I´m 14 years old. I quit last year. I just decided to quit. Went to a checkup, had a tendency to have high blood pressure so the doc said "you can take this pill every day for the rest of your life or you can quit smoking" Either one will work to regulate your blood pressure. So I just decided to quit. Not slowing down, smoking less, smoking only on weekends, trying to quit. I just quit like I had never smoked before.
