I was being serious Frost. Don't take it so personally.

Being a tea party member doesn't tell me enough. Their issue is primarily economic. That's doesn't really encompass 'a vision of what America should look like'.

That came from an intervew where she alluded to having foreign policy experience based on the fact that Alaska sits near Russia.

I think we can ll agree that that's nonsense.

To be clear, I don't think Palin was an idiot. She's probably of normal intelligence.

But the fact remains that she was wholly unqualified to be Vice President of the USA. There can be no disputing that.

I definitely still think that she's dumb. Also shallow. Her uninformed claims being correct occasionally doesn't change that. Why are people still obsessing over her?

People still obsess over her because she struck a nerve. Her being shallow and worldly ignorant reminded a lot her base of themselves. You know, the 'small town' type. When your worldview is shaped by Fox News, she just kind of reinforces her core supporter's limited and warped understanding of national and international issues.

Exactly.... that is why it did not get a response.

You won't because it NEVER happens...PERIOD.

Chris Matthews, love him or hate him, explains it clearly and perfectly starting at 2:30 of this video.

Wait are you talking about sponsoring legislation meaning having your name on it or influencing it? Because what you said was influencing it or getting involved in it. As the second most powerful man in the U.S. and having direct access to the President, he certainly gets involved in it. This is why what you said is stupid.

I know you were being serious Trigger. For you, trolling IS serious business lol.

As for the Tea Party, most of them basically want things the way our founders originally laid them out. Tiny government, guns for everyone, etc. As for Palin's vision of what America should be....think 1960s America, for the most part.

This lady isn't why this was brought up. It started with DG saying he doesn't like hat Biden is so emotional and is involved with crafting legislation as President of the Senate. This video proves that wrong. So that makes what you said stupid and by default you as well.
