In this situation, yes, you do deserve to die. This is the thing you people don't seem to be getting... you don't NEED to be armed to put someone's life in danger. GZ was an idiot. But guess what, being an idiot isn't illegal, and it doesn't justify getting your ass kicked. The world is full of idiots, in every walk of life, and at no time does that justify being assaulted. There's an idiot in the White House that needs his ass kicked, but is that going to happen? No. Because you don't get to hurt someone just because they are idiots.

Now, had George Zimmerman walked up to TM with his gun drawn, telling him he was gonna 'mess him up', then you bet your ass Trayvon would have had every reason to defend himself. But that didn't happen did it? Trayvon was the aggressor. Child or not, armed or not. There are 17 year old high school football players that could kick the shit out of grown men, so being a child doesn't absolve you of having the ability to beat someone to death. In fact, Travyon even said so, when he went to 'mess this cracker up'. And you know what, he did. He kicks George Zimmerman's ass six ways to Sunday. He bashes his head into the ground, breaks his nose... and he gets shot for it.

It's tragic. It didn't need to happen, but it did. And the law worked. George Zimmerman got his day in court, and he was acquitted of all charges because he wasn't guilty of doing anything illegal. If this was a court of stupidity, then we could have thrown the book at him. But it isn't. We don't get to charge stupid people for being stupid. That's not a crime.

So this notion that he stalked a child, laid in wait, so that he could feel like a real life police officer only to shoot him and claim self defense is horse... wait for it... shit. The facts don't support this view. The evidence doesn't support this view. And if we were talking about some religious topic, then facts and evidence would be the only things you people cared about. So when fact and evidence provably show you to be incorrect, you fabricate some juicy, sensationalist story, call if truth and for added measure, make sure the world knows its all about racism.
