    Houston Charges 10 year old girl with aggravated sexual assault

    A bit old, not a great article but none the less the main point is there. Mostly in it all sounds incredibly stupid. How exactly do you justify charging a 10 year old with aggravated sexual assault?

    A side note, The comments on the site I originally found the story had a few people saying she couldn't of hurt the 4 year old because she is a girl, and they wouldn't hurt a little child, even at young age etc. It was, personally, kind of funny because it seemed so absurd.

    To give you a better picture X says Ashley, who was then 9 years old, was playing doctor with the other kids in that courtyard. She was accused of inappropriately touching the 4 year old boy. It was a game that landed the 10 year old at the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center in June...

    I like the town, the cost of living compared to the income is nice. But.....we have no shortage of stupid people.

    You mean there are stupid people in texas? The hell you say. I even saw a few on my trips thru that had all their teeth. Imagine my surprise. :P
