Well I think the President should do exactly that. At first, he was gung-ho about launching a strike. After receiving feedback from political opposition, he made the decision to take it to Congress for a vote. I think that sounds pretty human to me.

Not that i believe it myself but... You know the press is speculating that Obama may still do whatever he wants no matter how congress votes, right?
