Why limit Mental disorders? Heart attack/ Stroke Prone individuals? Epileptic Seizures? Diabetes?

Loss of consciousness at random times, Clenching of the muscles and/or Spasms......

It's not my opinion, I'm all for Zero gun restrictions.
