But that isnt what the supreme court did. All they did is say as of right now there is nothing unconstitutional about it and any judgement being made would have to be after it goes into effect. All they did was give an answer of yes to both sides saying until a fine is issued nothing can be done. Which means if it ever actually goes into effect it will be in another lawsuit on april 16th.

I don't like the ACA. But holding the budget/economy hostage in an effort to defund (which will ultimately fail) it is even worse so good job GOP.
I think this is the plan of the both parties anyway. They are not pro anything. They are just anti solution to everything unless the can get credit for it. Deadlock in DC seems to be pretty good for the people they really represent.
