“They have mentally ill people in those countries. Canada, hunting is a bigger sport than hockey. There’s a lot of guns in Canada, why don’t they kill each other?”

They even have a Mayor that Smokes Crack when he's Drunk.

He's another one that should be outta here. He stays making money bashing america. Why anyone would want to see anything he does is beyond me.

He's just asking a valid question

He poses valid questions in all of his movies. Should right wing biased people who make money bashing our president be "outta here" too.

I'm not going to give a long winded (although self explanatory) response, but the simple answer is that the US has much more inequality and gang culture than other indistrialized countries. Also, the obvious 1/10th the population and easier access to mental health care come to mind...
