Ok, so, I watched the first video - not closely, because it seemed pretty ridiculous right away, but all the way through - and I didn't hear any actual reference to masturbation.

The young man becomes "addicted to pornography on the battlefield of the great war." Though I can guess part of what he means by mentioning porn, I have no idea what the great war is. Apparently there are strategies on both sides, except that I have no idea who or what is the opposition.
