You definitely still got it but I think this article has some truth to it. The determining factor is "speed". Just look at what games most of the "older" TPGERS play: Slow paced, tactical games are more popular amoung older gamers in my opinion. I even see it happening to myself. Of course there are other reasons that gamers move from genre to genre, but I don't think anyone can argue that as you get older your reflexes diminish.
24 seems a little young. Maybe it starts occurring then but by no means is it completely gone. Now 40s, 50s, 60s...it's just fact you can't perform in any aspect as well as you did when you were in your 20s.
