It's not just the wall. How much are you going to have to pay all the land owners along that wall? Also, you assume that all of these men who do "manual labor" for a living in Mexico can use a sledge hammer or other tools that would make a hole in a wall?

There's the rub. You can't just by a strip of land wide enough for the fence as there is a river, or at least a dry one, on the border. In many places when a wall has been discussed the proposed route was well off of the border. That is assuming the owners are willing to sell to allow the wall to be built. The wall plan is about as realistic as the shoot anything that moves plan.

lol.....Xav wants to build a wall so that anyone who escapes the government work camps has to go South instead of North. In the most compassionate way possible, of course.

Deathgod......Give us a moat option. And since our military rocks, we could fill it with sharks with lasers on their heads. Better make that moat saltwater.
