If this is a viable options why do these places not already exist in these countries that will be funding them? So if Hondurans are willing and able to build a building to house, clothe, train, etc other Hondurans, and assist them with the legal immigration process why isn't it already happening? All of the facilities would be much cheaper in Mexico, central and south America than they would be in America, plus these countries get to reinvest the money into their own country for clothes, food, trainers, etc instead of pumping it into America.
But wait, it doesn't happen now because all of these countries are corrupt, but it is magically going to happen once we have hundreds of thousands of people in America that need this assistance. As you told me, don't be ridiculous.

Then there is no realistic solution. A daily threat of death is a very real reality for most of these people, so anything better than death is an improvement. So, the risk of death while crossing, and/or the threat of an IMMEDIATE return to potential death is the only deterrent.

You mean mexico is going to be fine with this idea? You dont get what happens by the border often do you? We'll just say mexico does not want us crossing the border for any reason what so ever.
Last time we made mexico give us a chunk of their land we were at war for almost 2 years.
