Fair point, I'll rephrase: How shitty parts of Mexico are and how shitty Honduras, Nicaragua, and Guatemala, and apparently in some cases Costa Rica are. Better?

Wait a second. So he's admitting he's willing to violate federal law for 1000 counts and then add putting them on a federal military installation? Did he smoke a crack pipe for the picture session? When did he think he got the authority to do that? We're just gonna ignore the laws when we feel like it now.
