I won't answer that. But, that person would still get treatment. It's how we're better than they are, and a reminder of WHY we fight.
Like I said before, I think we need to fight them. I just think it's being done wrong right now. Do I have the answer? No, but that's why I vote - to get people with a lot more experience and education than me in the position to make the right decisions. If I don't like their decisions, I vote against them. That's how it works.
Then you and all the other docs should be ok because the doctors aren't the ones doing the interigation. Who is to say torture doesn't work? Anyone here ever tried it out? I know my little brother and sister use to cave pretty easy when we were younger and the info was always good. Just because someone wants to have belief in what will or wont work doesn't make it reality. If it didn't work at all then i guess torture wouldn't have been around since mans begining.

Civilian courts do not try POW's. They do not seperate the difference in laws. What is illegal in society could very well be legal militarily. It's putting people infront of judges and juries that are not equiped for the job. That is why there has always been a military court system. They are the ones equiped and up to speed on these types of issues.

Of course there is....in the military.
And none in the civilian sector? But if we go military that's fine, just provide a jury.
Military trials always have a jury. They just happen to be all military officers.

Family guy did it best when the male suicide bomber showed up and the 72 virgins were all male.

But that last part about giving "terrorists the rights of Americans" and letting them "lawyer up," is fascinating coming from Mr. Cheney.

Maybe the worms have begun to infect his brain to a point where he's forgotten about how his administration allowed Richard Reid, the "Shoe Bomber," to be prosecuted, tried, convicted and incarcerated on American soil in our civilian judicial system. And which administration was it that released the Yemeni plotters from Guantanamo? Guess. The year was 2007 and unless Barack Obama has a totally rad time traveling DeLorean, President Bush and Dick Cheney were running our anti-terrorism efforts at that point. Good job again, Mr. Cheney!
Wait, I just noticed where the article came form...the Huffington Post....
