I am sure he realizes that cap&trade will do a hell of a lot more damage to our economy than airplanes will, but neglected to consider that it won't have the spectacular recruiting value.

In that case, he might want to review the damage that the rampant de-regulation that occurred since the good ole Reagan years........... Hell soon enough he could recruit the other fundamentalist whack-jobs, like the republican leadership, he need not worry about using religion to fill the ranks.
