My post wasn't directed specifically/soley at you. My apologies. However most of the people I talk to, are quite ignorant of what goes on outside of their lives and they easily associate "War on terror" with Bush simply because they've only heard the last 8-9 years.

These terms are thrown out once in a while out of convenience...because what would've happened if the U.S. invaded Iraq but you wouldn't have been peppered with War On Terror 24/7 by the media for the months leading up to the invasion?

Well some people now realize that...there really weren't any terrorists there...and Iraq actually had nothing to do with this War On Terror. Why Bush invaded? He had his reasons...but War On Terror was not one of them.

And no I'm not Anti-Bush...he's a capitalist and he tries to protect and expand his empire as far as the people let him.

Terrorism wasn't the reason Iraq was invaded. It is the reason why we are still there long after the Iraq war is over though. I would have to say that i disagree that they were no terrorists in Iraq before the invasion but in either case that would be an opinion.
