There's only one way to say it, bro. You're wrong. You're misguided and wrong.

Guys chill. Its a slim minority who want this kind of thing. Texas has more postings of he ten commandments in public areas then any other state in the country as well, those were prolly put up by the same people on this BoE. Its such a small minority its nothing to worked-up over. I'm sure it will blow over and well have the real history back in school soon enough. I mean its not wrong anyway, it has a threadbare truth to it so why bother complaining? Who wouldn't want to be taught on the real reason our country was founded anyway?

Join Texas Freedom Network. They've been fighting for the separation of church and state in Texas for a while especially where it concerns the education of the children.

The role of religion in shaping world history is undeniable, and as a result, should should be taught as such. But the problem here, is that the move is to teach that our country was founded upon Christian ideals and should be a Christian nation. Is there some evidence of this with some state charters? Yeah, sure. But to say that America was FOUNDED MAINLY on Christian ideals and should be a Christian nation is outright disingenuous to say the least. I am upset about the RE-WRITING of history that flies in the face of what the founding fathers are on paper as quoted to have said, and COTUS to say the least.

I will agree with you on this. It was founded on some Christian ideals but not entirely. It does not surprise me one bit that texas BOE is doing this cause let's face it TEXAS EDUCATION SUCKS! I mean its bad to say but we are a little behind on a ton of stuff that has to do with education. Wouldn't surprise me either if the BOE has little or no education at all lol.

lol... what is the fuss? if its just fairy tales who cares. I listened in science class about the theory of evolution. If its fake why argue, some people believed long ago and its being reported as history. bah
