    I dont know whether they recognize the Miranda ruling over there, need to look that one up.

    Pretty sure they dont. Since he is Taliban and did not directly cause us harm, we turn them over to the Afghans or world court for crimes agaisnt his people or humanity.

    I do realize that Pakistan doesn't typically look to the US for judicial precedents.

    LOL - ever notice that this guy looks a lot like the arrest photo of KSM (Except for the smile and thumbs up. ) We need to have one of the photo gurus change it around a bit to match the arrest photo.
