You mean they would not be able to because they dont have a document like a drivers lincense, green card, or a birth certificate? because no one has ever forged one of those.

They already benefit the economy by not allowing the rich to pay them more than neccesarry or pay those naughty taxes to government and thus allows the prosperity of the American Economy. :10 Don't you anything about economics?

I can't support any bill that is essentially a subsidy and not a true reform, it allows the same system to continue. I mean Canada works out well and combine that with private options to exist its covers everyone pretty well... better than the US anyway.
