Protest all you want just don't protest at a funeral thats a last goodby ceremony somthing thats so sacred that poeple will pull over and even get police escorts when available at least where I'm from it is. I find it hard to belive a church would be doing that its just shameful...

High school completely different. Education Code in Texas allows the Schools to extend the Statutory Authority of the State and inact more stringent codes of conduct than what would be allowed in public. The Supreme Court supports the Schools position as children, minors who have not reached the age of majority, have their Constitutional rights only by virtue of their parents and responsible entities.

Like was mentioned earlier in the thread (and a few months ago in a thread involving the WBC) always just ignore them if they are doing something somewhere. And tells others to do the same. They don't make money if people don't do anything that they can use to sue.

2nd i could agree on both paying and not paying tough to say.

3rd with schools, most of the time they make you sign a paper at the beginning of that is "voluntary" (or basically you have to sign it to go there), which usually means you (and your parents) agree to giving up a shit ton of your rights (4th amendment rights for example). Similar to how if you were to allow a cop to search your home (basically waiving your 4th amendment rights) and they find something illegal and arrest you for it, it is considered a legal search (even though they didn't actually have a warrant)
