not saying movin the bikes was a clever idea but turning one into a rolling pipe bomb is ...it could be a useful thing to consider

Since no one else did...i thought i would....

I find it humorous that they would just pick up and toss potential pipe bombs into a truck... Not even bothering to test them...

That tells me they didn't think they were pipe bombs. They just wanted the bikes off the street for the visit.
