    I can understand why the small islands feel neglected, but isn't there massive carnage going on environment wise in Costa Rica? Shouldn't this mean she knows first hand the dangers of climate change?

    against swingeing carbon curbs at December's UN summit in Copenhagen. What are these? Are they saying that the curbs change from strict to relaxed? Misprint?
