Veo, they were getting drivers licenses in Cali at one point. Hell, they can get everything else without a SSN, I would imagine a driver's license isn't any different.

dunno bout where your from but round here mexican clothing stores pop up left and right. selling cheap knock offs that come apart in the washer.

and carnicerias (meat store/grocery store) the occasional restruant and fruit stands. and they usally make up for 40% of the workers any store you go to. and alot of them collect welfare and food stamps i dunno how i guess cause there kids were born here.
